Hëlth is sold on the App Store, so Apple's standard licence agreement applies to it. These terms add a few points that are specific to Hëlth.

Hëlth is an iPhone app made by Nikita Shimkus ("I" and "me" below). By using it you agree to these terms.

The licence

Your use of Hëlth is covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement applies.

What Hëlth does

Hëlth copies records from Apple Health on one iPhone into Apple Health on another, using a file you send by AirDrop or the export the Health app makes. It copies what's there and doesn't check whether it's correct.

Hëlth isn't a medical device and doesn't give medical advice.

What it can't copy

Apple only lets its own apps write some kinds of data, such as Exercise, Stand and Move minutes, Activity rings, ECG recordings and heart rhythm notifications. The Health app's export also leaves out a few kinds. Hëlth lists what won't be copied before you start, and the help page explains it.

Your data and the file

Your Health data stays yours, and Hëlth doesn't collect it. The privacy policy has the details.

The file Send makes holds your Health data and has no password. You choose where it goes, so send it only to iPhones you trust.

No guarantee

I test Hëlth carefully, but it's provided as it is. iOS and the Health app change, and I can't promise that every record will copy in every case.

Hëlth doesn't change or delete anything already in Health. The one exception is Remove what Hëlth added, which deletes only the records Hëlth wrote on that iPhone. Back up your iPhone before a large copy if you want to be able to go back.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for lost data or other losses from using Hëlth, and my total liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Payment and refunds

Apple handles the purchase. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
